The installation is not priced here.
In a new build, Neolia neither sells nor invoices the equipment. Your electrician buys it to the references we specify and resells it in his trade package, with the cabling, the power supplies and the fitting. Your existing building has at least 8 dwellings per stairwell. Neolia covers the active equipment and its installation. The equipment belongs to the owner from commissioning, with no purchase price. The details.
Contribution to the installation.
In an existing building with fewer than 8 dwellings per stairwell, installation costs 2 000 CHF excl. VAT per stairwell, once. Equipment and installation included; the equipment is yours from commissioning. The details.
A detached house: 2 000 CHF.
