The active equipment stays in your electrical works package
On new builds, your electrician orders the active equipment to the references we specify from their distributor, and resells it within their trade package together with the cabling, power supplies, builder's openings, connections and labour. One single contact on site, and the equipment warranty follows the usual chain of your electrical trade package instead of depending on a third party. Neolia supplies no equipment and invoices nothing during construction: operating fees only start at activation. No time-and-materials billing, no extras during construction.
Fewer interfaces between trades
Traditionally, the intercom, the metering cabling and the readings bring in three firms whose work overlaps, and every interface causes rework. Here, your electrician powers the door station and fits the sensors, Neolia commissions. One point of contact.
No intercom riser, no M‑Bus
The door station talks IP, the meters talk radio: no intercom riser and no wired metering bus to conduit and connect. Less crowded conduits, fewer holes to drill, and a whole item off the critical path of your finishings.
A handover with no dependency
Commissioning is done remotely once the power supply is in place: no technician to wait for to program the names the day before the keys change hands. The building is delivered with its infrastructure already live and documented.
You deliver the trade package, the operator takes over
You sign the operating agreement, then whoever operates the building (property management company, condominium or owner) takes it over by an amendment signed with you and with us. If they take it over before activation, you pay nothing. Otherwise, you pay until the takeover, and the contract ends after twelve months if nobody takes it over. The service is part of operation, not of your construction warranty.

On your first project, we check your drawings and your provisions, and we remain reachable for your questions throughout the works.
