Every building eventually replaces its intercom, and individual billing is gaining ground: The MoPEC model provides for individual billing above certain thresholds, transposed according to each cantonal regulation. The applicable requirements must therefore be checked canton by canton. That is a recurring flow of work, not a niche: every site means a door station, sensors and a gateway, installed by you.
Technically, this is your daily work
The door station is powered over PoE, through a single Cat 6 cable, and communicates over IP. Meters and sensors run on radio: no proprietary bus, no intercom conduit, no on-site programming. You pull the power supplies and wire the volt-free contacts. Nothing else is asked of you, there is no new trade to learn.
A specified project, or a deal you bring in

You do not buy the subscription and you do not resell it: the price is the same for your customer, wherever the deal comes from. If you bring us business, a fee can be agreed by contract, case by case. You invoice your installation work and your works yourself, at your prices.
We do not approach your customers
A customer you bring us remains yours: we do not approach them directly for works. The end customer signs their service terms with Neolia; the works, the extensions and the next site stay with you.
