A house with the same features as a building costs 2 000 CHF, paid once, with no subscription afterwards. The price covers the equipment, its configuration and its commissioning. In a new house, your project’s electrician installs and connects the equipment. In an existing house, Neolia takes care of everything.

What we do not do in a single home. There is neither individual billing between dwellings nor a management platform: those functions only make sense with several occupants. If you let flats or run a condominium, the other page is the one you need.
