The handover report, the signed test flow
A two-page PDF, to print and fill in by hand on site: the full checklist of checks and tests for a Neolia installation, point by point, then the sign-off signed by the installer. The signed report is the record in your site file.
Five test sections, one sign-off
- Identification: project, company, technician, date, entrances and dwellings.
- A · Fitting and power: door stations, supplies, door release, gateway connected to the building router, sensors.
- B · Intercom: test calls, audio, video, door opening from the app, entry code, every dwelling called.
- C · Energy and water: meters linked to dwellings, radio coverage, readings visible.
- D · Monitoring: one simulated fault per device, alert received, return to normal.
- E · Completion: commissioning confirmed by Neolia, names, service holder named, documentation.
- Sign-off: any reservations and two signatures (installer, Neolia or the project representative).
Print, tick, sign, file
1. Download and print the PDF before commissioning (one copy per building).
2. Tick each point once the test passes, during commissioning with Neolia (remotely) or with the Neolia Pro app.
3. Note any reservations, sign, and have the project representative sign.
4. File the report in the site records: it is your proof of proper execution, useful for your warranties.
