In one sentence
Neolia is a Swiss solution that brings together on a single platform the management of a property portfolio, the automatic reading of energy and water meters, intercom on the smartphone and the supervision of the building's technical equipment.
In three lines
Neolia replaces with a single system what a building buys today from three different suppliers: the intercom, the meter reading and the reporting of lift or heating faults. Residents answer the door from their phone, follow their consumption and report an incident. The property manager handles move-ins and move-outs remotely, receives finished statements and follows incidents from detection to closure. The company is a Fribourg Sàrl, based in Murten.
03The name and the logo
NEOLIA is a word mark registered in Switzerland since 10 August 2026, under number 853466, in the name of Neolia Sàrl, for classes 9, 35, 37, 38 and 42, and protected until 2036. The logogram, the product names and the associated claims are trademarks of Neolia Sàrl.
The logotype is written NEOLIA in capitals, without accent and without a full stop.
Rules of use
- do not distort, do not recolour, do not add effects, do not enclose the logo in a shape;
- leave clear space around the logo at least as high as the N;
- minimum display size: 90 px wide for the logotype, 24 px for the symbol.
Brand colours: navy #0B1129, cream #F5F2EB, green #0F9E78.
There is no vector version of the logo to date. If your layout needs one, write to us: we will tell you where we stand rather than keep you waiting.
04The screenshots
These are real screenshots of the published app, taken on a real device. They may be cropped, never retouched in their content.
None is available for the press yet. Write to us: we will tell you what exists at the time you ask, rather than send you a computer image.
05What not to write
- No customer reference. Neolia has not equipped a single third-party building to date: naming a customer would be false.
- « Made in Switzerland » does not apply to the hardware, which is not manufactured in Switzerland. The company, the development and the operation are.
- The management platform is neither given away, nor included, nor free: its fee is due only for the share that operating the equipped buildings does not cover.
- No availability figure is guaranteed to date: a monthly percentage attributed to Neolia would be made up. What we do commit to is set out in the general terms of sale and the security charter.
