You install the power supply, the door station and the sensors. The vertical intercom conduit and the wired metering bus leave the package, and commissioning the meters becomes your job rather than a specialist firm's.
Six concrete things, from quote to handover.

- The package stays yoursYou bring the power, you fix the door station, you fit the sensors that send the information. Neolia does not come to your site to do your work.
- One more service to invoiceThe heat and water meters are still fitted by the heating and plumbing trades. You commission them, which wired metering did not allow you to do.
- A margin on the equipment in new buildsIn new builds, you buy the active equipment from your wholesaler, to the references we specify, you install it, connect it and resell it in your package like the rest of your equipment. In renovation, Neolia runs the whole project: the equipment, the installation work and the commissioning, itself or with a partner installer.

You never fit the heat and water meters. They are still supplied and fitted by the heating and plumbing trades, as on any site. What is new is that you commission them.
Before ordering meters, send us the list of models. We confirm in writing what we read, or propose the closest equivalent. A compliant meter can still be unreadable for the platform, and that would only show at the first statement.
The site app.
Neolia Pro is for the site, not the office. You create the job or receive it already prepared if the project comes from us: building, entrances, dwellings. You declare what you install as you go, and the app checks that every device really reports before you leave.
Without a network, in a basement or on a site with no coverage, you keep recording the site, the building and the flats: everything is sent in order when the connection returns. You need the network to sign in, to get a device’s pairing code and to finish configuring the door station. See the app screen by screen.
