For a builder
The low-voltage package, simpler and cheaper.
Intercom, heat and water metering, data from technical equipment: one package, one contact, and infrastructure you hand over already in service, whose contract the operator takes over.
Six things that change on your site.
- A whole item gets lighterThe door station runs over the network, the meters over radio. There is no longer an intercom riser or a wired metering bus to conduit, pull and connect. Fewer loaded conduits, fewer penetrations, less coordination on the drawings.
- One contractor fewer on siteCommissioning the meters usually requires a specialist firm to come out. Over radio the electrician does it himself, together with the door station and the heat pump or lift feeds.
- The active equipment joins your electrical works packageWe specify the references, your electrician orders them from their wholesaler and installs them along with the cabling, the power supplies and the connections. One single contact on site, and the equipment warranty follows its usual chain.
- Nothing to pay if the contract is taken over before activationYou sign the operating agreement, and whoever will operate the building takes it over by an amendment signed with you and with us. If they take it over before activation, you pay nothing. Otherwise, you pay for operation until the takeover, never twice for the same period. If nobody takes it over, the contract ends after twelve months, or at the end of the period you paid in advance.
- Individual billing settled in advanceThe building leaves with metering that reports continuously and individual billing based on measurement. Your planner has nothing special to allow for beyond the usual builder's openings.
- You deliver the package, the operator takes over the contractThe contract is taken over by whoever operates the building (the property management company, the condominium or the owner), without starting from zero. The building changes hands with infrastructure in service and documented.
The active equipment is priced in your electrical works package. We provide the exact references and the opening schedule; your electrician orders, installs and warrants it, as for the rest of their fittings. A building of sixteen units with two stairwells needs two sets of equipment, the count always being per stairwell.
Who does what, item by item.
The split does not change site habits: the meters are still supplied and fitted by the trades that fit them today. What changes is what disappears.
| Item | Who does it |
|---|---|
| Power supply at the planned point | The site electrician |
| Fixing and connecting the door station | The site electrician |
| Supply and fitting of heat and water meters | The heating and plumbing trades |
| Meter commissioning | The site electrician |
| Visit from a specialist commissioning firm | Not needed with radio |
| Door station commissioning and configuration | Neolia, remotely |
| Handover documentation and contract takeover amendment | Neolia |
What happens at handover.
The operating agreement is taken over by whoever will operate the building: the property management company, the condominium or the owner, by an amendment signed with you and with us. Until that date, you remain the holder of the contract. Operation does not fall under your construction warranties. The takeover rules.
The handover report, the schematics and the specifications are prepared in advance and available at any time. See the site documents.
