Two networks disappear from your drawings
No more intercom riser, no more M‑Bus, no more floor concentrators. What remains is one Cat 6 (PoE) per entrance door station, one door release supply per controlled door, 230 V and an Ethernet link for the LoRaWAN gateway. Everything else comes back over radio. The interfaces between your trades can be counted on one hand.
Neolia checks your drawings and commits in writing
You send the drawings, Neolia runs the short radio coverage study, confirms the positions and the meter models with the HVAC and plumbing package, then returns the exact provisions drawing that governs the works. Commissioning is remote, with a coverage test and a report. Your liability rests on a binding file, not on a sales promise.
Open standards, and a wired variant
You specify IP, PoE and LoRaWAN: SIP and ONVIF door station on PoE 802.3at, EU868 LoRaWAN gateway, meters from the major manufacturers (GWF, Sontex, Zenner, Diehl Metering, Engelmann, Axioma or equivalent), checked before ordering. No closed bus, no captive hardware in the dwellings: the smartphone replaces the indoor unit. If the client requires wiring, the M‑Bus variant exists, with the same platform and the same statements.
Individual billing and data protection, as standard
The MoPEC model provides for individual billing above certain thresholds, transposed according to each cantonal regulation. The applicable requirements must therefore be checked canton by canton. Individual energy and water cost billing is known as DIFEE. Neolia delivers data ready for property management: the meter readings and the allocation of charges per dwelling. Processing complies with nLPD and GDPR. Mounting heights and accessibility follow the project reservation plan (SIA 500).
